Ingredients
- 500g pork mince
- 1 egg
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp basil
- Salt and pepper
- Spaghetti, to serve
Method
- Mix mince, egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, salt, and pepper. Roll into balls.
- Mix tomatoes, onion, garlic, puree, sugar, and basil in the slow cooker.
- Add meatballs.
- Cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
- Serve over spaghetti.
Tips
Use half pork, half beef mince for the best flavour and texture.
