Ingredients
- 400g firm white fish (cod or haddock), cubed
- 200g raw prawns
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 pepper, diced
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 200ml fish or chicken stock
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Crusty bread, to serve
Method
- Add onion, garlic, pepper, tomatoes, stock, paprika, and oregano to the slow cooker.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 hours to make the base.
- Add the fish and prawns. Cook for 30-45 more minutes until fish is cooked through.
- Season and serve with crusty bread.
Tips
Don’t add the fish at the start or it’ll fall apart. The short cooking time keeps it perfect.
