Ingredients
- 2 x 340g tins sweetcorn, drained
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 600ml vegetable stock
- 200ml milk
- Knob of butter
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Add sweetcorn, potatoes, and onion to slow cooker.
- Add stock and butter.
- Cook LOW 6 hours.
- Blend half for a creamy-chunky texture.
- Stir in milk. Season and serve.
Tips
Crumble crispy bacon on top for a non-veggie version.
